Our Plea to You:

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a hugely challenging and stressful time for us all, but especially for people that are housebound and isolated. Even more dire is the fact that many people's support services have been cut, leaving them experiencing one of the most harrowing times of their lives. We are doing what we can to keep them connected and supported through our online music and dance programmes, providing instruments and equipment and helping them to navigate online video software.

Your support will help us build on that work and reach more people who are isolated, in particular people in rural communities and those with no access to reliable internet. Please donate and help us to keep up this essential work of keeping people connected and supported - it really makes the biggest difference to people's quality of life at a time when other support systems are failing badly.

One day soon, we hope, we will be able to come together again in person, but until then we must pull together and do all that we can to keep ourselves safe and healthy.

The Event:

Paragon Day In The Life is a FREE Youtube livestream on Friday 16th October between 7pm-9pm, showcasing the wonderful talent of everyone involved in our Horizons programme.

Each artist has created a brand new piece of music, dance, artwork or spoken word inspired by their personal take on the well known phrase “A Day in the Life” - and they've also come together to produce a special Paragon version of the iconic Beatles song, premiering on the night!

Watchalong via our YouTube channel, here.

And join us throughout the week on our socials, in sharing and celebrating what a 'Day in the Life' means to you 😊
