What We Do Training Training Train and Play Train and Play is Paragon’s Inclusive Practice training programme for professional music and dance practitioners currently working in the field. The five day programme equips practitioners with innovative tools for developing their arts and facilitation skills in equitable and inclusive ways.The focus is on person-centred, person-led creative support techniques and adaptable strategies for group devising, underpinned by a solid grounding in the fundamentals of Disability Equality and Child Protection training.Those who complete the programme find themselves well placed to confidently thrive in a range of professional creative contexts including workshop leading and facilitation.The Train and Play programme is currently paused until funding can be secured.
