Teigan is a dancer and workshop facilitator with a flair and passion for all things movement 💫❤️‍🔥✨

She has performed live throughout Glasgow and Scotland, both as a solo performer and with Paragon's M3 dance group. Most recently she co-created and developed the international dance choreography, film and education commission Proximus.
