Stride is Paragon's band of diverse musicians who meet regularly for Sunday evening workshops at Berkeley 2 Studios in Glasgow

The group create their own music in different styles, incorporating the skills of individual group members, with a focus on live performance

Stride have performed at gigs and festivals all over Glasgow and beyond, including at the East End Free Festival and CCA Glasgow. They have also collaborated internationally, co-writing and recording an album - Abrazos - with Mexican band Rock DI. In May 2023, Rock DI visited Scotland and the groups played together live for the first time with an epic gig at Cottiers Theatre.
