M3 is Paragon's inclusive dance and music performance ensemble, creating and experimenting with movement.

All participants are encouraged and supported to contribute to the creation of new contemporary dance and music compositions, with a view to producing regular live performances throughout the year. M3 have performed at venues and festivals across Glasgow, including at GoDance Festival of Community Dance at Theatre Royal Glasgow, Platform Easterhouse and CCA Glasgow.
