Letting Go is Paragon's programme of relaxing Online yoga and mindfulness sessions for participants, carers, parents, family members and Paragon staff.

The class has been designed to be open and accessible to everyone and is suitable for people who either prefer to sit down or stand up. The focus is on breath work, mindfulness, and gentle stretching. You are welcome to join and you won’t need any prior experience or special equipment to join in.

The class can also be enjoyed together with carers, parents and family members. We had some great feedback last time around from folks who took part together, commenting on how relaxing it was in the moment, and how helpful it was to use some of the techniques independently outside of the class:

"We’ve found the Letting Go sessions such a great experience for both of us, especially helping to calm us down on stressful days." - Carer
