How did you get into music?

I was into all types of music growing up but my first experience was with an old grand piano when I was about 3 years old in a children's home in Lanark, Scotland. I remember just playing it and loved the sound that I heard and it went from there really.

How would you describe your work?

I would describe my work as inspired by my experience of my past. I want people to understand and get something positive from my lyrics and music.

What has been a spotlight moment for you?

My first online gig and video for the Glasgow Open House Arts Festival, and also my gig at CCA as I performed piano for the first time as well as singing my own song.

Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself / something people might not know about you?

I love the outdoors, nature camping and swimming in rock pools and would try anything for the first time just for fun and I like a wee challenge.
