StaffBoard of Directors: Dr. Lio Moscardini - Chair Jim Leggatt Louise Hamilton Ninian Perry - Creative Director Ninian studied at Dartington College of Arts, the Royal College of Music and York University. In his role as Creative Director he devises creative music opportunities for individuals and groups to perform their own music. As a founder member of Paragon Ensemble he was instrumental in establishing the group as one of the foremost contemporary organisations in Britain. In 1990 he set up Paragon's Music Learning Programme and his work in schools and the wider community is recognised as being one of the most successful models for bringing people together from all walks of life to create new music. Jo McLean - Managing Director Jo studied French Horn at the Royal Northern College of Music and has worked as a professional musician both nationally and internationally. As a Kodaly and Colourstrings instructor, she has developed music learning programmes for early years and has taught creative music making in both primary and secondary education. Jo developed and established a succesful Music Residency Programme at Cove Park on the West Coast of Scotland, commissioning new works and working with many of the UK's foremost ensembles before joining Paragon in March 2009.
